1. Our Commitment
At MGMK Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our coaching. We want every client to feel confident in their decision to train with us. This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds may be issued.
2. Free Consultations
Our initial consultations are always free of charge. There is nothing to refund.
3. Personal Training Packages
Personal training packages (Silver Fit, Gold Elite, Platinum Plus, and specialty programs) are non-refundable once a session has been used or scheduled. However:
- Within 7 days of purchase — if no sessions have been used, you may request a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Medical reasons — with valid documentation from a physician, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
- Trainer cancellation — if MGMK Fitness must end a program, unused sessions will be refunded in full.
4. Online & Virtual Programs
Virtual training and online coaching subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the current billing cycle within the first 14 days.
5. Specialty Programs (Beach Body, Glute Transformation, Peak Performance VIP)
Specialty programs are sold as complete packages with a defined timeline. These are refundable within the first 7 days of program start, minus any sessions already completed and a 10% administrative fee.
6. Nutrition Coaching & Custom Plans
Once a custom nutrition plan has been created and delivered, it is non-refundable. If you have not yet received your plan, full refunds are available.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email trainingstaff@mgmkfitness.com with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Date of purchase
- Package or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to fair treatment of all clients.
